𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁 𝗜𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻‼️ Crypto traders keep saying: “Capital is rotating.” But there are two very different types of rotation. One is healthy. One is dangerous. Healthy rotation happens inside crypto. $BTC cools down. $ETH stabilizes. $SOL catches flow. $HYPE leads DeFi. $ONDO , $LINK and $PYTH catch RWA demand. $AAVE , $PENDLE and $UNI attract utility buyers. $TAO , $RENDER , $FET and $IRYS wake up with AI crypto interest. That means liquidity is still inside the crypto ecosystem. It is just moving between sectors. But liquidity migration is different. That happens when capital leaves crypto completely. It moves into AI stocks like $NVDA , $AMD , $MU , $MRVL , $AVGO , $TSM and $AAOI. It hides in gold through $XAU , $XAUT and $PAXG. It watches oil through $CL and $BZ. It sits in stablecoins like $USDT and $USDC. It waits for IPO narratives like $OPENAI , $ANTHROPIC and $SPACEX. That is the real risk for $BTC right now. The market is not short on risk appetite. It is short on crypto-specific conviction. If liquidity rotates from $BTC into $SOL , $HYPE or $ONDO , crypto is still alive. But if liquidity migrates from crypto into AI equities , commodities and cash , altcoins become fragile fast. My read: Do not only ask which coin is pumping. Ask where the money is coming from. If it comes from inside crypto , that is rotation. If it comes from outside crypto , that is expansion. If it leaves crypto entirely , that is migration. And migration is the one thing bulls cannot ignore. Because altseason does not start when capital escapes the ecosystem. It starts when capital returns.
